Transfer Admission Planner (TAP)
Interested in applying to a UC? Create your Transfer Admission Planner (TAP) account and start inputing your college courses. Create a TAP account early to stay on track with UC transfer goals. Great news - all coursework per semester entered into TAP will be downloaded into your UC application when you are ready to apply!
Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG)
Allan Hancock College can help you get your admission guaranteed to a particating UC campus. Nothing feels better than getting a guaranteed place at a UC. TAG (Transfer Admission Guarantee) any one of six UC campuses. Use the links below to view TAG requirements for each participating UC campus. All students interested in TAG must create a Transfer Admission Planner (TAP) account.

Schedule an application review & Submit your Application
Before you submit your application, schedule an Application Review Appointment so a counselor can review your application. We want to ensure your application has no errors.
Submit Transfer Admission Update
In January, the UC system will send you a reminder to complete a Transfer Application Update. This will give you the opportunity to update your course history. You will be required to provide your fall and winter grades, as well as an update to your spring classes. If you recently repeated a course or filed an academic renewal, this is your opportunity to update prior grade to reflect an accurate course history.
