The college relies on its community to identify and report behaviors of concern so the proper support services and resources can be provided to students and employees. We are all responsible for campus safety and we take all reports seriously. If you see something, say, and do something about it!

Report Sexual Misconduct
Sexual misconduct includes gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking behaviors.
REPORT UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION
A person who feels they have been or is being subjected to discriminatory treatment, including sexual harassment, or who has learned of such unlawful discrimination in their official capacity, should immediately report it to the office of the vice president, Student Services by submitting the following form.

Report a Student of Concern
Please complete this report if you want to refer yourself or a student to our Bulldog Intervention Team (BIT). Our BIT is made up of key roles in our campus community to improve and promote safety and wellness by coordinating information and developing support plans for people who may need additional support..
Report Disruptive Behavior/CONDUCT VIOLATION
Disruptive behavior is prohibited in or out of the classroom and on school field trips that inhibits a faculty or staff member’s ability to conduct class or limits another student's ability to fully access the educational benefits at Allan Hancock College. Both students and employees can report disruptive behavior and/or student conduct violations.
Report Academic Dishonesty
Academic dishonesty is any type of cheating, plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, deception of an instructor by providing false information for missing an exam or deadline, or claiming to have submitted coursework when you know you have not.
Basic Needs Resource Request
The Basic Needs Center is a centralized hub to support your academic success by connecting students with on-campus and community resources related to food, housing, health, technology access, childcare, and other resources. If you or a student you know at Allan Hancock College are experiencing a basic need insecurity, complete our Basic Needs Intake Form.
The Basic Needs team will reach out to follow-up. All currently enrolled students of Allan Hancock College are welcome to request Basic Needs Support for themselves or on behalf of a student.
Student Complaint/Grievance
Please complete this report if you are a student with a complaint or grievance and are looking to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Grade Review
If a student feels she or he has been assigned a grade based upon mistake, fraud, bad faith, or incompetency, not more than 120 days after the last day of the semester or term for which the grade was awarded, the student could initiate the grade review procedure. Steps one through three MUST be completed before an incident form is submitted.
