Our mission is to identify, recruit, and motivate students of diverse backgrounds to make well-informed decisions as they navigate the university transfer process and complete a baccalaureate degree or beyond.

- Meet with a Transfer Counselor! Have a specialized transfer counselor help you develop a student education plan that will set you up for success.
- Experience university campuses first-hand! Participate in our University Road Trips which will help you learn about majors, support programs, and experience the ultimate campus tours.
- Participate in our transfer workshops! Get the latest information about guaranteed admission programs, financial aid, scholarships, and application assistance by attending our workshops offered each semester.

Missed the December 2 UC application deadline, but still wish to apply for Fall 2025 admission? The following UC campuses have extended their admission application deadline to January 15.

Before you schedule a transfer counseling appointment, complete the following:
- Appointments are only open to Hancock students. An admission application must be on file with the Admissions and Records Office.
- If you are an incoming student transferring to Hancock from another college and need
your transcript evaluated by a counselor, please take the following steps prior to
scheduling your counseling appointment.
- Order all official transcripts to be directly sent to our Admissions and Records Office.
- Wait for your email confirmation that your transcripts were received and evaluated.
- Once confirmed, schedule your counseling appointment.
