Rising
Scholars

Welcome to Rising Scholars

Rising Scholars at Allan Hancock College is a support program off of Hancock's Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) and supports our justice-impacted students. Our team works directly with United States Penitentiary of Lompoc and the Central Coast community to expand opportunities and to build strong pathways from incarceration to educational achievement. Several off-campus resources are available to students.

If you are a justice-impacted student, please contact our office and find out what support is available to you.
