Use the Publicity Request Form to request promotion of college events, programs, initiatives, or announcements through Allan Hancock College’s official communication channels. This form helps the Public Affairs and Communications team coordinate messaging, ensure accuracy, and align outreach with Hancock’s brand and priorities. Submitting a request allows us to plan ahead, share your story effectively, and reach the right audiences at the right time.
Reminder: any graphic design/print requests must go through the Campus Graphics order request system, and if you would like photos or videos taken, fill out the Photography/Videography Request Form.
