The Photography and Videography Request Form is used to request visual coverage for college events, marketing projects, publications, headshots, and other approved needs. Submissions help Public Affairs plan resources, schedule coverage, and capture authentic visuals that reflect Hancock’s people, programs, and community. This process ensures photography and video are consistent with brand standards and ready for use across college platforms.

Reminder: any graphic design/print requests must go through the Campus Graphics order request system, and if you would like to request promotions, fill out the Publicity Request Form.
